Zenzap, founded in 2022 by CEO Guy Weiss, CTO Jonatan Bien, and COO Noam Neumann, develops what it calls a Multiplayer AI platform — a chat-based collaborative workspace designed for human teams and AI agents to assign tasks, share documents, consult one another, and make decisions together in real time. The company says the interface requires no technical training or complex implementation.

From WhatsApp to the Workplace
Many organizations rely on consumer apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, or iMessage to coordinate staff and share data. Clients listed by the company include FedEx, Dollar General, Taco Bell, Starbucks, Casey’s, and Regal, with branches of IHOP and McDonald’s also among users.
Zenzap offers a free tier with group chats, direct messages, task management, calendar integration, and AI-powered voice chat and search. Paid plans start at $51 per month for up to 20 users and unlock video calls, smart task sorting, task templates, and expanded file storage. The company also offers AI agents for workflow automation and a credit-based system for AI-aided voice note and call transcriptions.

Capital, Clients, and Expansion Plans
Weiss initially bootstrapped the company using his own capital, working out of Bessemer’s office. He said Bessemer partner Adam Fisher persuaded him that Zenzap would need venture backing to scale. Weiss had previously bootstrapped e-commerce marketing platform StuccoMedia in 2012 and sold it to Market Group in 2015 before spending several years as an investor.
“Until now, artificial intelligence has been a personal experience: one person, one chatbot, one private conversation. The strength of companies lies in teamwork, collective thinking, and collaboration toward business goals,” Weiss said in a statement. “Zenzap was designed and built from the ground up as a secure platform so that agents and humans can work together, share the same context, and enable AI to become a force multiplier for employees and the business as a whole.”
The company says it already serves thousands of customers, from small and medium-sized businesses to financial institutions, hospitals, and multinational corporations. Zenzap currently employs 50 staff across the U.S., Tel Aviv, and Europe, and says the new capital will be used to enhance product capabilities, expand its development and sales teams, and accelerate entry into international markets. Near-term hiring is focused on product and R&D.
